While the temperature would suggest otherwise (it was 11 degrees today) Winter is coming and with that hopefully some big waves on the North Antrim Coast.
I had a few hours spare this afternoon and given the light at times was rather nice I thought I'd head down to East Strand to see if there was much going on.
This was more an exercise in getting my eye back after several months of shooting stationary subjects (ie landscapes).
I look forward to plenty of cold and wet sessions over the coming months trying to capture the raw essence of the surfing scene here in Ireland.
By the way if you would like to book a photo session with me at some point over the Winter then please get in touch. £20 for two hours, which also includes up to 20 images fully processed.
